Biography

Kaelyn Sanders is a PhD student in the School of Criminal Justice at Michigan State University. Centering her work within the feminist and critical criminological paradigms, Kaelyn primarily focuses on the understanding justice-involved women’s experiences, community supervision, reentry, and the intersections of gender, race, and crime. Before attending MSU, Kaelyn attended The Ohio State University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Studies & Criminology and Sociology with a minor in Security and Intelligence.
